This is a vintage Arvin Space Heater that was converted into a night/ambiance/path light or lamp.
This lamp has a great chrome grill with matching chrome handle on the top. This is the original paint, it was just lightly cleaned to keep the character and aged patina. Notice the retro look to the original green/chrome on the unique on/off switch.
The heater element was disconnected but left intact allowing the glow from the light bulb to light up the coils and make the heater look alive.
Medium base light socket was added with a 15 watt Edisonstyle bulb (included), an a new cloth covered cord with a vintage plug.
Measures approx. 14\" tall by approx. 9\" wide by approx. 6\" deep.
To replace the bulb simply remove the 4 screws.
