This fantastic leaded panel was handmade by me using the copper foil leading technique and antique stained glass from church windows. This panel measures 92 cm in diameter (including frame). The frame is 7cm thick and 7 cm deep.Best displayed either in front of a window or with lighting behind. Ideal for a wedding venue or as an interior design piece.The frame is a brand newsolid European oak window frame. This panel is suitable for indoor use only and ismade of antique pieces of church glass and therefore is aged.There are also some new pieces of glass.Also there is a gold mirror wedding and engagement ring with an antique glass jewel window lens (used to represent a diamond).The gold mirror was once part of a 1960s retro gold mirror door!Please note that 90%of thisglass is reclaimed andalthough there are no cracks it will have imperfections due to age or simply the process that was used to make it.All arehandpainted pieces.It must be remembered thatmost of these pieces of glass are antique and were handmade. Also there is an Irish claddagh themewith the heart, hand and crown.The crown and the wing and the heart in the middle are new pieces of glass and the heartwas made especially for this panel. There is a theme of love. There are alsoheart keys i.e. key to your heart. I have tried to show these (there are 3 of them included in the panel). This would be ideal as a present for a loved one. This panel can be viewed prior to buying and must be collected from Billericay in Essex. This is a one off piece that can never be repeated. It is unique in every way. This took many many hours of work. I have shown two other panels displayed with LED light strips behind. These areeasily done by an electrician. The photos are for demonstration of the lighting and the panels in the latter photograph are just for showing the lighting effect.The LED light strips are adhesive and would therefore fit very neatly into the back of the frame and would just need connecting to the supply.
