ITEM DESCRIPTION
Item Description
Up for your consideration is a unique Jugenstil ART NOUVEAU Coffee Warmer w/ Lithopane Inserts, c. 1890 - 1910. The piece is likely German, and in the style of Joseph Hoffman. The panels depict scenes of wildlife in a scenic background. The piece appears complete, with the 5th panel not having an actual location to be used. We put it on the top of the burner, which may be what it is for.
Measurements
The piece is 5\" tall, 5\" wide, and 5\" deep.
Condition Report
Overall, the piece is in excellent condition. There is very mild wear to the metal, commensurate with age. All of the panels on the sides are removable, as well as the warmer and top panel. There appear to be no cracks, damages, or missing pieces. The top surface is a bit discolored from prior use.
