This is the WORLD HEALTH DAY No. 2 medal, issued in 1972 by the United Nations Postal Administrations and minted by the Franklin Mint in solid sterling silver. The medal weighs roughly .88 ounces (25.1 grams) of 925 sterling silver. There is tremendous value in the silver alone.
