This is a very unusual antique hand hammered souvenir spoon from the American south west.
The spoon has a long oval bowl and the handle is in the form of a totem with various engraved designs.
At the top and base of the handle are two applied gold good luck swastika symbols that had been regarded as a good fortune by almost every culture in the world until WWII. The bowl is attached to the handle with another piece of gold.
The spoon measures 6\" long, weighs 12 grams and is in very good original condition.
It is not marked anywhere but is at least sterling silver, I do not know about the gold symbols.
Airmail postage to the U.S.A. in a padded envelope would be $3.95, boxed and insured would be $6.95. To the United Kingdom, Australia or other international destinations would be $5.95 in a padded envelope, $8.95 boxed and insured.
