A lovely and unusual Edwardian solid silver candle box. The box has a lid that hinges open, and fits a candle. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1909

Hallmarks: The box is English sterling silver hallmarked for Birmingham 1909 (Anchor, Lion Passant, Date Letter k). The maker\'s mark \'WB\' over \'LD\' refers to the silversmiths Williams (Birmingham)Ltd.

Dimensions: It is 4.3cm diameter and 6.3cm high, and weighs c37g (without the candle!).

Condition: The box is in good condition, with no dings, splits or repairs.
