Unusual Edwardian Novelty Solid Silver Scent Bottle Case In The Form Of A Tantalus Containing Three Clear Glass Scent Bottles With Solid Silver Tops Made By M.Bros At Birmingham In 1910.The top is sprung to keep the scent bottles safe and each scent bottle under its screw on silver top has a little glass stopper.Hallmark: M.Bros, Anchor, Lion &amp; l (k on cent bottles as it would have been made over a period)Width: 7.5cmHeight: 9.5cmThere are some condition issues due to many years of use I will try to mention them all be please also view photos. Two of the scent bottles have small chips and the other may have some minor nicks. The tops are dented misshapen and the hallmark has worn off one. One stopper from one of the scent bottles has been broke and is missing its top leaving it stuck. The handle has dented in, the corners of the base are bent / dented worst is photoed the top sits slightly wonky to the base leaving a small gap at one end the back looks to have been slightly squashed leaving the corners of the opening bent and there are some other dents etc in other places.
