Very unusual mantel clock (?) circa 1870. Gothic Revival / Arts and Crafts in style. Case made of brass (face is steel).It stands approx 7 inches in height. Heavy (1.85 Kg)Not currently working. I am not sure the movement is original (for example, one screw cannot be screwed in to hold it in place) - but it is as I bought it 10 years ago. No key. The \'door\' does not close properly at the back.I bought it more because I loved the strong style of the case, possibly designed by Charles Bevan, Christopher Dresser or similar.
