A good solid silver heavy guage Victorian caster decorated with swags/swirls/flora.
Standing on a circular base (with slight wobble), in inverted conical form with screw on top leading to a ball finial.
A heavy piece but unsure if the base is loaded, if it is then there is very little.
General wear commensurate with age.
