Here I am offering a very unusual and beautiful bohemian 4/4 violin. As you see, it has a carved head instead of a scroll ! The instrument is in excellent condition without any cracks.Inside you can see the violinmakers label:Joanes Georgius Helmerfecit Pragae 1760
The violin has a wonderful orange - brown varnish with fine patina and a fine carved scroll. The sound is very clear, warm, and strong. Very gentle instrument!
