Awesome condition and appears to be complete but without girth strap. Look at the pics close because I an no expert. It has an 11 1/2 inch seat and is marked 1906 Rock Island Arsenal. It also has some sort of numbers and my best attempt is 312CF75, I took a pic of it. It has been treated, appears to be all original. I do have some Cavalry saddlebags listed also.
