USED items with our 100% Satisfaction warranty are handled directly with us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the warranty period,email us with the problem. If you wish to return, return to theaddressat the top of yourinvoice that will come packed with your purchased item and a replacement will be sent OR aprompt refund will be made to your account - see returns below. Please write ona copy of yourinvoice (you keep original)the reason, with details,for your return and include it with your return.

    RETURNS: We will gladly take back any item under our 100% satisfaction warranty, however note the following:
