AN EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL FULLY WORKING CIRCA 1921 SOLID .800 SILVER EXTREMELY SOUGHT AFTER AND VERY RARE ZENITH TOP QUALITY POCKET WATCH.

FITTED WITH A MICROMETER REGULATOR. MEANING IT IS A CHRONOMETER GRADE

IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

CASE:

The double hinged case to this beautiful rare ZENITH pocket watch is solid hallmarked quality 0.800 silver. This is a quality watch case with a beautiful design. The case back has NO presentation inscriptions. The bezel and edge of the case back show a gold/copper color through normal wear/polishing. The rest of the case only shows the odd tiny nick and extremely light mark. I have gently polished the case, and it is shining nicely, as only solid 0.800 silver can. THE WATCH MEASURES 5.2CMS (52mm) IN DIAMETER. The CASE IS fully signed FOR zenith and all covers are marked for solid 0.800 silver.

DIAL:

This beautiful collectible watch has a its stunningly beautiful original white dial. It is signed by ZENITH but a few of the letters have worn. It has NO hairlines or damage and is in excellent original condition. The dial has some light marks here and there showing its originality. It has lovely sharp and crisp Arabic black painted numerals which are in excellent condition. The dial also has a subsidiary dial which is in excellent condition. The crystal is in good condition. The beautiful blued steel watch hands are in excellent condition. This is a superb dial on a superb ZENITH CHRONOMETER pocket watch.

MOVEMENT:

This is a stunningly beautiful near mint Swiss made crown wind and set FULLY SIGNED ZENITH 15 jeweled chronometer movement with micrometric regulator. It has a compensated balance and a spiral breguet blued steel hairspring. The movement has no calibre stamped which was the norm at this time. The movement is numbered 243XXXX. It is in excellent condition. This stunning movement has been timed and oiled by my watchmaker. It runs very well and winds and sets smoothly. It also has the wording \'Swiss made\' stamped on it. It keeps excellent time as tested over a 24 hour period. At the moment it is within about 2 seconds a day but a service would give this beautiful movement optimum performance. The crown is original and has some gold/coppery wear thru\' in a few places. The chain ring is solid silver and in good condition.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HIGH END PRECIOUS TIMEPIECE!!
