This is invery good condition apart from the front and back covers, which are fragile. The 36 pages of this booklet are all legible, as are drawings, as can be seen. 140mm x 220mm.

Also included is an original page dated Aug 15th 1885 from the London Illustrated News with photographsand a mention of the Observatory

THIS BOOKLET IS BELIEVED TO BE THE ONLY SURVIVING ORIGINAL COPYandconfirmed by a leading Scottish sale House. The valuation also by the sale House is conservative as they could find no other copies.
