Most unusual and rare vintage/antique vaseline/uranium glass graduated necklace.The way these play with light is amazing. Under some conditions they look a pale milky green,Sometimes they have hints of amber showing through, and when held up to the light can become translucent!amber.Different beads on this also have different colours and properties.They also pass the UV light test with flying colours, see photo two.
I would guess that this is a Deco era piece from the shapes of the beads and choker stying.
The little clasp looks like tarnished silver but isn\'t hallmarked and the ends of the string next tothe smallest beads have been wound with tiny wire, showing this was quality in its day.some age marks/chips when examined up close, please examine and zoom inon all photos.
