des HanotsA gorgeous french 1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated bronze. The fixture holds six moulded-pressed glass shades made by Verreries des Hanots. Under the name of Hanots and Verlys the Holophane company produced moulded-pressed shades for art deco lamps in both normal and opalescent glass. All the shades of this chandelier are unsigned (many Hanots models are without signature) but the 5 side-shades are represented in the 1935 Hanots catalogue \"#8756 tulipe B \".The chandelier has a drop of 65 cm (25-5/8\") and it\'s 54 cm wide (21-1/4\"). It is in very good condition. Some of the holes for the sockets are a bit nibbled which is not visible with the shades in place and attached to the sockets. I have renickeled and patinated the fixture and it comes rewired. It has six european candelabra size E14 sockets. For the US I will place new US candelabra base ones.
