viewing recommended on this very beautiful old wooden stand, it has carved elephants and 2 faux ivory resin figures, one of the elephant faux ivory resin tusks is broken, please enlarge all 12 photos, i think it might be a stand to display something like the carved figural piece ive shown in the photos, ive used one of my own to show what one would look like, please note the carved ox bone piece is not included in the listing and is only shown to show what the stand could be used for. base of stand measures about 35.5cm long, 14.5cm wide. not seen another like it before, surely a rare piece which was probably a specially commissioned presentation piece, heavy item weighing about 2kg.it came with more rare pieces ill be listing. please note i will be away when this sale ends so it will be posted week commencing 8th august.
