The work is signed by its artist, William Condy to the lower right and dates to the later part of the 20th century. Superb detailing and we are very impressed with the backdrop of the old city behind the ships, which are beautifully depicted themselves. Presented in this gilt \'gallery\' frame of substantial proportions and all in all, a superbly impressive work.
