TIRED OF PAYING STORAGE ON MY COLLECTION!! TIME FOR THEM TO FIND A NEW HOME!!! EXTREMELY RARE MICKEY MOUSE GOLD COLORED METAL CIGARETTE CASEVery good condition for its age and use. Late 1930s German Militaria Trench Art. Minor scratching all over the case from use but no corrosion or discoloration. The celuloid band has shrunk some with age but is otherwise in very good condition and remains firmly attached to the lighter body. This hinged tin metal box bears a hand painted likeness of Mickey Mouse piloting an early fighter prop plane with a top mounted machine gun. The 3 3/8\" X 2 7/8\" X 3/4\" box has what appears to be a portion of a German ledger of some sort used to line the case. Items like this have been made by soldiers over the years to fill time, express their creativity, and produce a personalized item for their use. Early European style Mickey image is dark, clear, and complete. Gold exterior is as made, not hand painted and has some surface wear and scratches. See pictures for condition. All in all a very presentable example of an extremely rare collectible.
