VERY RARE ANTIQUE GERMAN FIGURINE GALLUBA & HOFMAN GIRL & BOY MARKED SNOW BABY:

This is a very rare antique German \"Snow Baby\" figurine by Galluba and Hofman dating between 1897 and 1910 (according to the mark on the bottom of the figurine - please see pic.8. It has G and H mark, and impressed 4 digit number that starts with 269-, and an incised number 8). The term \"snow baby\" refers to the crushed porcelain added to the figurine. This is beautifully hand painted with delicate facial features. The piece is in excellent condition, I cannot see any damage except it looks like the girl is missing her pinkie, hard to notice (please review pics.9 -12).
The figurine depicts a young girl and boy seated on a bench with arms around each other as they reach to hold hands.
Measures 4 inch tall to the tip of the feather on boy\'s hat.
