For sale is this extremely rare, antique 12th century Persian Khorasan bowl. The plate has been chased in the centre with calligraphy which has been worn.

All the work would have of course been completed by hand.

This item is genuine and guaranteed to be Persian and dating to 12th - 13th Century.

Size

The diameter of the bowl is 15.7cm= 6.2 inches.

The height of the bowl is 3cm= 1.2 inches.

The plate is in excellent condition condition for its age. A very very small split near the bottom, but hardlynoticeableat all.
