Very RARE covered vegetable bowl...W.S. GEORGE ca. 1910This is a stunning covered vegetable bowl from a great estate in Upstate NY. Very ornate, scalloped base, top and cover with lots of gold! This looks absolutely gorgeous wherever it is displayed! Photos do not do it justice! Made by W.S. George it is in the coveted Iris shape in the pattern GEOGEO613. No chips or cracks, but there is some fine crazing and a little gold loss to be expected due to age! Measures approximately 12\" x 7\" x 7\".
