VERY UNUSUAL ORIGINAL OWL OIL LAMP c/w SHADE:

A really unusual OWL OIL LAMP in excellent condition. It is very realistic, we particularity like it\'s feathered feet.

Height to the top of the collaris 10 1/2 inches,To the top of the chimney is 21 1/2 inches. Weight is 1940 grams.

As mentioned the condition is excellent, we can detect no restoration. In the white ceramic glaze there are a few pin prick black dots, we have noticed this before in owl lamps. The shade is original and perfect being a 7 1/2 inch diameter base, and the chimney is the correct shape and type. The burner is a Kosmos type in full working order.

Underneath the base there are a few marks, shown in our last images. The number 25 in black paint above a feint image of crossed swords in blue. EBS 23 in impressed into the base below another X.
