VERY UNUSUAL VINTAGE "KEEP IT DARK" GREETING CARDS-UNUSED IN ORIG. BOX-1950:

These vintage greeting cards are in very good unused condition with no marks or tears. The envelopes are also in very good condition with no marks or tears, but they are lightly age discolored (none of the flaps are stuck to the envelopes). There are eleven cards and eleven envelopes included, so it's possible one of each is missing (assuming the set came with twelve cards and twelve envelopes). The unusual 2 3/4" wide x 3" long cards have plastic/celluloid covers, or cut outs on the covers (some of the cards also have cut outs inside). The set includes: 5-birthday cards, 1-Hope you'll soon be up and out card, 1-Let's have smooth sailing card, 2-Congratulations cards, 1-Happy Anniversary card and 1-I'm missing you card (the purse shaped birthday card has a "1 Grand Time" bill in it). The box cover is in very good condition with just minor edge and corner wear. The bottom is in good condition, but three corners have been taped with cellophane tape (the top and bottom are age discolored). The box is marked: KEEP IT DARK!
