Very Good Condition,1969/1986 modelFisher Price Play FamilyHouse #952 Set!!!

Plus Nursery # 761The Lithos on Nursery areVery Nice with only slight wrinkling.

Also Mini-van #141. Slight scuffing on one sidelitho and part of rear bumperwas broke and repaired.

This house play setis a complete 1986version. Last year of masonite base.This is a complete set plus extras !!!!

Family pieces are allPlastic body andheads. Lithos on house arecompleteand nice color with some wrinkling andbubbling....Lithos inside house arevery good with slight bubbling. One corner of house has been bent up.

Foam on bedshas been replaced and is inexcellent condition.

Paint is still good/very goodon people.

All of thedoors and wheels work great.Door Bell works great. There are a few play marks but VGC overall.

Like all my FP, I clean them, repairor replace parts as needed.I believe they will alwaysneed a little extra cleaning for your little ones (I always did).

This set neededa little cleaning. It is a very nice set overall..
