Victor Engineering Super-IQ NiCad / Nickle-Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery charger with aVERYRARE IQx8 Multiplexer used for matching up to 8 single cells. System worked fine when last used, and was tested again briefly before this listing (note; single cells picturedin unit are not included). With the Multiplexer/Battery Matcher attached this unit is also capable of charging up to 7 packs automatically (one pack at a time). Unique cell holder system is adjustable, so C & D sizedcells are able to be graded. Most all parameters of the cell grading process are adjustable (discharge - up to 30amps, charge rate, discharge cut-off voltage, average voltage computation cut-off, charge fall-back voltage/post peak drop are all adjustable.)

To use the system in non-multiplexer mode, simply unplug the multiplexer connector from the front panel with the power off. When powered back on, the system will go thru a configuration check, and willrevert back to the standard Super-IQ mode, where all the following options are accessible:

Charge Modes - Peaked, Timed, Trickle, Thermal (probe required), Voltage Pull (adjustable delta peak for NiMH batteries), LIN-R-Flex (probe required).

Discharge Modes - Voltage Cut-Off (can be used for Lipo packs), Timed.

Tests - Quick Battery Test, Full Test/Computer Grading.

Motor Tests (brushedsystems only)-Current Measure, Break-In, Speed Control Test

Utilities - Digital Voltage Meter, Stopwatch, Thermometer, Revival/Shock

You also have the ability to program up to 5 \"Quick Keys\" that will run any process you programwith the press of just 2 buttons.

For those of you who are familiar with these systems, they were probably the best battery chargers available at the time, and are still great for anybody still using nicads/NiMh batteries.

For those of you who are not familiar with these systems, please note they are NOT LIPO COMPATIBLE (except for possibly discharging), and are not BRUSHLESS MOTOR COMPATIBLE for any of the motor functions.
