Here we have a brilliant 9ct gold trench watch and bracelet set.
Made towards the end of WW1 (1918) this watch and expanding bracelet exudes that old World quality which would all but be gone out after the Second World War.
It features a 29mm across (exc crown) hinged case with large bun crown, porcelain dial, a red 12 marker and golden minute markers to keep you up to date on the exact time.
The back of the watch is plain (great for engraving) and leads to a Swiss movement which at the moment is running well. As always we cannot guarantee it will continue to run and would always have an older watch serviced.
As you\'ll see from our pictures, aesthetically this watch is still a peach.
Yes it does have light marks, scratches or dents (the worst of which is to a bracelet link - see pics) but there\'s no serious damage and these imperfections definitely don\'t detract from what is a gorgeous wristwatch which others can\'t help but admire.
