Today we are featuring a Vintage 1920\'s-1930\'sHottaYu Shoten & Co.Hand Painted Ceramic Dish. Made in Japan. The dish is beautifully hand painted with an embossed floral rim. Item is 7.75\" wide and stands 1\" tall. Condition of item:Paint shows minor wear from aging. Item shows crazing.Please have a look at our photos for a closer examination. Mark on bottom is from HottaYu Shoten & Co. The use of the word \"Shoten\" indicates thename for a shop which is selling products from its own kiln. In either casethey seems to have went out of business in 1947. This mark likely to be fromthe 1920’s-30’s.
