This listing is for a vintage Walt Disney figural Pencil Holder that was produced by Dixon for Walt Disney Enterprises back in the 1930\'s & is so marked on the back of the figurine. The character depicted is a pie eyed Mickey Mouse & this composition piece measures almost 5 inches tall, is in excellent condition aside from some paint loss & can be found on page 33 of Stern\'s Guide to Disney Collectibles Third Series & had a value back in 1995 of $325.00!
