Here is a vintage 1943 WW2 era Hamilton art deco style 987A mens 17 jewels watch in a stepped gold filled bezel and stainless back cover case. The watch does not run and will need repair before use. It is missing the seconds hand and the movement is slightly loose in the case. The gold filled bezel shows some light scratch wear and some minor plate loss on the case edges. The serial number of O283188 dates the watch to 1943. The watch is 30mm in width including the winding crown and 43mm from lug to lug. Great watch for restoration.
