We Only ship bypriority mail to addresses outside of the United States, unless your country is one of the few countries that now offer Certificate of Mailing on First Class Mail.
Based on the policies of both and Paypal, items shipped domestically and internationally must be shipped with tracking information in order for both the SELLER and BUYER to be protected by the Paypal Protection Plan. This requires that an item shipped internationallybe shipped by priority mail or by Certifcate of Mailing in those countries that are now set up to track first class mail.
