Up for sale is avintage 1950\'stin friction toyschool busmade in Japan by ASC (Aoshin Shoten). These buses are seldom found and highly valued by collectors. They were included in a box of 6 tin friction toy trucks and busesby the maker, shipped toUS warehouses and sold to toy stores. When a box (display box) arrived at a retail toy store the toys were sold individually or sometimes by the entire box if a buyer had enough funds to do so.You seldom see one offered but it is time for us to thin our collection. We always had this displayed out of the light, it may have a minor box rubor a manufacturingscratchbut there is no sign of playwear. We do not have the original box.
The truck is approx 8 3/4\" long x 2\" tall x 1 3/8\" wide and is in great condition for it\'s age with working friction motor.
