It has the original shockmounts but does not have legs. It is ingood condition with no deep scratches or chips. We have sold quite a few of these chairs and this is one of the very few which has the rounded bolt heads protruding through the chair. We don\'t know if it was manufactured that way or repaired that way. We took a cloth and cleaner to the tops ofthe chairs but have made no attempt to clean the bottoms or edges. We have read several articles on the webabout refurbishing these chairs to like new condition and the process soundsrelatively simple. Please let us know ifyou have any questions. NOTE: Due to multiple instances of European buyers winning our sales then never paying we WILL NOT SELL THESE CHAIRS OUTSIDE THE US.
