This is a vintage tin bell style noise maker, with a green plastic handle. The top has colorful, tin litho, Halloween graphics, showing several witches, a black cat, an owl, a bat and a Jack-o lantern pumpkin (JOL). In small letters, it is marked: \"U.S. METAL TOY MFG. CO, NYC, NY...MADE IN U.S.A.\" I think this was made in the sixties - give or take. The condition is NEAR MINT. I don\'t think this was ever actually used. It is very clean, with virtually no paint wear. This items is guaranteed to be old & original or your money back.
