This is a vintage 1964 Guide to Disneyland with an introduction by Walt Disney himself!
Disneyland was only 9 years olds when this was published! This 27page souvenir guide provides the reader with a look at the rides as they were back in the 1960\'s, with full color images and accompanying commentary. It\'s a nostalgic reminder of what Disneyland was like back in 1964, including some old by-gone favorites like the Flying Saucers of Tomorrowland and Frontierland\'s mule pack train; It\'s fun to see a spread on \"future attractions,\" which include the Haunted Mansion, New Orleans Square and Pirates of theCaribbean (any Boomers remember when it was being built?)
This book is a peek at Disneyland\'s history made even more special with Walt Disney\'s living viewpoint. The center page is loose from the center pamphlet staples, but overall this book is in good condition for ephemera that was fondly looked through many, many times.
Also included is a Disneyland Souvenir Ruffled Glass Candy Dish with scenes from all of the parks early attractions.
