This paper mache santa was purchased from an estate sale. I dont know the age or history for sure but is believed to of been a store display for a Department Store in the early 1930s, and believed to be made in Germany. There are no markings on it. It measure a couple inches under 4ft. tall. The green base measures approx. 14\" x 12\" x 8\". Theres a flower stuck in a hole in the corner, dont know if this was added. There is 2 areas that is slightly pushed in from being in storage, see pics, but the piece is very sturdy for being this old. Some missing paint here and there, but thr paint is still bright and not faded. It was stored well as no mouse chews or droppings are present. Very nice display for someone to enjoy for more years to come!
