This little chalkboard is a real cutie - perfect for a child\'s playroom, kitchen area for grocery list, in a garden shed for \"to do\" list, retro office decor, or use your imagination! The board is marked \"Playwriter\" , is copyrighted, and is decorated with abc\'s in block lettering. The board is framed at base with a piece of hardwood which has beenchanneledto hold board. The board was meant to be either held in lap or be propped againstsomething, as there are no hangers or holes to accommodate hanging. The board measures 12 1/4\" x 20\". The board is in good vintage condition, with a few little nicks and bruises, and it looks like a child used a magic marker on the board. You can see it when the board is tilted the right way. I took a pic so you could see. The chalkboard is vintage 1950s or 1960s.
