HOW WE MEASURE

BUST, WAIST & HIPS - Item laid flat, measured across region,# doubled; SLEEVE LENGTH - from shoulder seam to end of sleeve hem or from base of neck to end of sleeve hem (this will be indicated if the last is performed); SHOULDER WIDTH - from back shoulder seam to opposing shoulder seam; LENGTH - from back nape of neck to end of hem; RISE - from top of front waistband to crotch seam; INSEAM - from crotch seam to end of pants hem ~ interior seam; BOTTOM LEG WIDTH - from bottom leg seam to opposing leg seam. If you want to know circumference, then double this #. I only provide an inch allowance for bulky coats in the bust, waist and hip measurements- to take in account for insulated lining.

RETURNS

We do offer a14 day return policy. The item may be returned in same condition as it was sent for a refund minus the shipping cost. The buyer will recieve a refund of their payment minus actual shipping upon return. If shipping was advertised as FREE, than the actual shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from the refunded payment.

Also, any and all insurance & shipping fees to and from destinations are not refundable. If you have approval of return, I will need a delivery confirmation attached to package so I can track its return. This fee will not be refunded. Item must be returned in the condition that it was sent. If you item was shipped for free, the shipping funds will be deducted from total paid and a packaging fee of $1 will be charged.
