A vintage African Songye Nkisi fetish /power figure from the Congo Basin area. It has cowrie shell eyes and metal rivets hammered into the face to ward off evil. The top of the head bears a bowl shape with a soft substance like cloth with nails in it, It has a bead necklace. It stands just over 8.5\" tall. Please take a look at the other African art pieces I have listed. They are from the sale of a large collection of African tribal art.

Payment is kindly requested within 7 days of end of sale. UK customers can pay by Paypal or postal order, I am sorry but personal cheques can no longer be accepted as the bank will no longer guarantee them. Overseas customers can pay via Paypal, sorry but we can\'t accept overseas cheques.
