This is a gorgeous lighter by ELGIN AMERICAN 400 in an engraved finish. It is mint with the original instructions. The instructions are perfect and have to handled with care. The lighter appears unfired. NOTE THE ADVERTISING ON INSTRUCTIONS.

As with all vintage lighters I do not guarantee the working condition, although given the simple design, I see no reason that it would not fire up with flint and fluid. It\'s in marvelous sparking condition and you will not be disappointed! All flint and fluid screws are in perfect condition, and turn freely. The flint tube is clear.
