A vintage flapper lady half doll whisk brush. 1920\'s style dress and hat in pink with a fur stole around her shoulders. Measures 6 inches long. Excellent condition. I can\'t tell for sure where she was made. I would have to destroy the ribbon to see the mark. I think Germany. The quality looks too nice for Japan made.
