RARE BBC TV STUDIO SPOT LAMP FULLY RESTORED AND TURNED INTO A DESIGNER HOME OR OFFICE FLOOR LAMP.

Designed in Covent Garden, London atthe Strand headquarters in the 1950s. We were very lucky to acquire a this light directly from the old BBC TV studios inLondon .

The light has been superbly engineered, and features a ventilated die-castbody, 360 degree rotation, internalreflector and Iconic design. This lamp also features a very rare and sought after extension tube with a6\" Convex Lens.
The spot light and extension tube has been professionally polished to a brightmirror finish by a specialist British company.

The finish is to an extremely highstandard.
We take pride in the finished result as the light represents a unique and rarepiece of design and TV history.

The Light gives a beam spread ideal for feature / architectural lighting. The Light is presented on a handmade classic wooden tripod.

The tripod features height adjustable legs with rich detailed fittings. The height range is adjustable from 75cm to 170cm and is ideal for all floortypes.

The light has been professionally re-wired with 3 core quality silk bradedvintage style lighting flex and fitted with a high quality CE approved inlinefoot dimmer switch.

The dimmer switch allows for the light to be turned on or off with the press ofa button, or to change the brightness from a warm glow to bright spot lightwith the sliding control.

The dimmer also features a nightlocation neon indicator.

The light has been converted for home or office use and takes regular householdlight bulbs up to 100 watts, we also had a deluxe vintage style Bakelite plugfitted (BS1363/A).

This light has been fully pat testedby a certified tester for electrical safety and meets with the current Britishsafety requirements.

The light is a rare and originalBritish Industrial design classic.

The light looks great in modern or period homes or for the finishing touch inan executive office.
