Vintage Birks Sterling Silver Floral Garland Motif Coffee Tea Pot 66/3 Hallmarked

This piece was purchased at a local estate sale in Palm Beach, Florida. It is hand chased in floral and garland motif. This plate was manufactured by HENRY BIRKS & SONS, a Canadian designer, manufacturer and retailer of jewellery, timepieces, silverware and gifts, with stores and manufacturing facilities located in Canada and the United States. It was founded in 1879, by Henry Birks in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The firm became Henry Birks & Sons in 1893; Incorporated as Henry Birks & Sons Ltd in 1905. The bottom of this pot is hallmarked with the words "BIRKS", "STERLING", "66/3", "3", & three symbols (Unknown Symbol - Cat - Letter \'Q\'). The inside of the handle also has a hallmark of the number "3" and an upside triangle. This pot weighs 698.53 grams / 22.46 ozt, and it measures 5.6" (L) x 10" (W) x 8.70" (H). It has not been polished in order to maintain the old patina. We find that many of our customers prefer purchasing these vintage items with the patina intact. This item can be cleaned and polished at buyer\'s request.

Aletto Jewelryoffers buyers a 30 Day return policy for the item listed in this sale.
Buyers have 30 days to return this item for any reason providing that they meets our Return Policy requirements.
Buyers are responsible for paying a mandatory 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price + the full cost of return shipping & insurance.
