Beautifully hand painted on porcelain? miniature portrait of an18th century woman wearing an elegant costume powdered wig with feathers & pearls - signed PINO - nice old ornate solid brass ormolu ? frame with jade green glass cabochons set in it (one of the cabochons is round, same color as rest - replaced ? see up close photo on left upper side) - frame measure 6 3/8\" x 7 1/8\" - green moire fabric on back has water stain - velvet green fabric (velvet has some marks see photos) surrounds the portrait which is set under slightly convex glass - thin brass that surrounds the glass has a spot on lower left side - little round loop hanger on back for hanging on wall - maybe made in France ? not sure of age - in general in very good vintage condition
