This is a vintage estate costume jewelry lot composed of a brooch and a pair of earrings. Although the pieces are similar, they are not a set because the flowers are different. The brooch measures 48mm diameter and has a group of carvedCelluloid flowers with highlights in burgundy color in a wood base. The clip back earrings measures 18mm diameter and each one has a carvedCelluloid tridimensional flower with burgundy color highlights in a wood base. This lot has a card ( that will be included with your purchase)that indicates the following information:”CALIFORNIA HAND MADE This Burl was cut from the trunk of a Redwood tree, one of the oldest and largest trees on earth. They reach a height of 350 feet and a diameter of over 350 feet. The larger tress may contain enough lumber to build five homes.
