VINTAGE Attibruted to Craftsmen Inc. Hammered Copper Bookends with Horseback Rider Designc. 1940, 6.25\" H x 7\" W x 2.85\" DThese copper bookends do not have the Craftsman stamped hallmark. Attribution given by provenance.The Craftsman Studios started around 1919 by veteran Carl Wirths, who began metalworking as rehabilitation from the effects of war. He did not hold onto the company for long, however, and Craftsman Studios changed names and locations until the late 1940s.Please reference item M90324-0817-009.
