Looking for a neat vintage outboard winter project?

Barn Fresh Pick. Appears to be complete. Selling as is non running for parts or restoration. Previous owner said it did run when put in the barn a few years back. It does have compression. Not sure if anything is missing? Eveything appears to be there. The handle will need some adjustment, couldn\'t get it to release down into turning position. What you see is what you get. It does have vintage wear and scratches. Have not cleaned. Please email any questions.
