VINTAGE EARLY ZUNI INLAID TURQUOISE ONYX SHELL SILVER BUTTERFLY MOSAIC INLAY PIN:

This beautiful early butterfly mosaic inlay pin weighs 28.8 grams and measures a large 2 7/8\" wide and 2 1/4\" tall. Lovely turquoise and onyx along with perhaps Mother of Pearl and Coral or Spiny Oyster. I believe it is Zuni. Is silver but not sure of exact content. There is one area of silver on the left side under the left eye along the side of the black onyx stone that is a bit lower than the rest of the rim. Also the rim by the right Mother of Pearl section is a bit higher than the shell--Please view the pictures as they are part of the description. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions.
