A MULTI-USEPROFESSIONAL SIZE PAN

This is a stunning very large professional vintage French copper daubierecasserole stew pan Dutch oven

Pot roaststock-pot pan tin lined witha copper disc lid it is the largest pan l have ever come across

These large copper disc lids are rare to find because it is flat it can be used for other pans

It is stamped PB see pictures

The pan with the lid is 5.3kg in weight you could cook for a army with this pan it

Holds 14liter approx. 24. UK pints 29.5USA pints

It has 2brass lifting side handles and ametal handle on the copperlid

Thebrass handles are fixed to the pan with 3 large copper rivets and 3 on the lid

It is amulti-use pan

It was a little tarnished when l found itsee pictures 6,7,8

I have given it a wash in hot soapy water and polished the copper

now it looks stunningyou can now see the quality of the copper used

The tin lining is in good condition itisgrey in colour this is normal

Astin turns grey with age and not being used it would shine back with use

It is 270mm approx. 10.75inches tall

335mm approx. 14inches across frombrass handle tohandle

It is approx 260mm approx.10.25 inchesacross the top

The copper disclid is290mm approx. 11.5inchesacross

500mm approx. 19.5 inches long from the handle

It is stamped by the brass handle number 26 and
