We are pleased to offer this EXCEPTIONAL, newer vintage (1980s) chandelier. Thisextremelynice qualitychandelier with a commanding presence.It is quite heavy and weighs approximately 40lbs.The fixture is brass and is in the Empire, Campaign, Directoire style with some Art Deco elements incorporated. Itfeatures6 Corinthian columns, one in the center and 5 arms. Each of the columns have fluted shafts and very ornate capitals and bases. The arms connect to the center columnvia angled supports which give the fixtureadded interest.Each of the armsiscandelabra \"torch\"style and houses 4 \"candlestick\" lights. There are 5 arms for a total of 20 lights on the fixture. The original shades are also present. Theyfitonto a bouillotte shaftand are held in place with a threaded cap. The shadeshave a hard plastic frame which is fabric covered. The fabric is a woven, tonal, redbrocadein a floral and acanthus print. The shades are trimmed with red velvet.

Thisis asuperb chandelier. It is in very good condition with very littleevidence of age of use.The wiring is very good and the fixture is in working order. The shadesdo show some age to the fabric, asillustrated in the photos. In general, however, they are also in good condition. The chandelier has approximately 18\" of chain as well as the brass ceiling cover. There are no manufacturer\'s marks or stickers, however, the fixture is similar in quality to Chapman and we would not be surprised if it is, indeed, a Chapman fixture. It isboth beautiful and quality.

The chandelier measures28\" in height from the bottom of the arms to the top finial (excluding chain). It is 20\" wide. Again, it is very heavy and weighs approximately 40lbs.
